Ideally, we would take a full brief from you in a meeting, discussing the benefits of our long-term approach, and then if all parties agree, we would access a large pool of tech talent. We cast the net wide and then narrow down to those with the best fit to your role and (after pertinent questions) to your culture.

At Technology Talent we don’t shortcut the pre-interview or post-interview process. We undertake in-depth interviews of candidates and follow-up all formal interviews with two-way negotiations.
