Position Overview:

Technology Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Engagement Manager to join our team within the Technology recruitment sector. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment solutions tailored to their requirements.

 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients within a range of technology sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs,  Your role will involve conducting client meetings, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging your industry knowledge to offer tailored solutions that meet their recruitment objectives.t

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients within the Technology Recruitment sector. Please note the key areas we are looking for growth is within Data, Cloud, ML / AI  Engineering and Platform Architecture. Cyber Security & Threat Intelligence and Product Management, Engineering & Design. So it would be advantageous to have experience across one or more of these areas. Also, we are open to candidates who have experience working with permanent or contracting recruitment environments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Conduct client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised recruitment solutions for clients. Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling of services to existing clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to better serve client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Represent Technology Talent at industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and business development preferably within the technology recruitment sector.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and understanding of technology industry trends.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.
