Our Process
To ensure that we get the right people, we always interview our candidates prior to shortlisting. Our interviewing process includes in-depth assessment of skills, personal attributes, and competencies. We will only send you 2-3 candidate CVs at a time, only the most viable for the position. An experienced consultant will discuss your vacancies in terms of your overall business objectives and wider IT environment. We always seek candidates who can communicate what they do, just as well as doing it.
